Key awards include:
- Athens, Ross, Trumbull, and Portage Counties: Each receiving $750,000 for wastewater or water system upgrades.
- Frazeysburg (Muskingum County): $685,000 for water treatment plant improvements.
- Champaign, Fulton, Licking, Putnam Counties: Each receiving $250,000 for downtown building rehabilitation.
- Additional grants support public facility improvements in Madison, Clark, Hancock, and Guernsey counties.
Projects address aging infrastructure, failing septic systems, and economic revitalization needs in low- and moderate-income areas.
