IONNA and Circle K have entered a strategic partnership to expand high-power EV charging infrastructure across the United States, targeting more than 350 sites under the “Rechargeries @ Circle K” network.

The collaboration will combine IONNA’s charging technology with Circle K’s nationwide retail footprint. IONNA will assume operations of charging infrastructure at approximately 85 existing Circle K locations and upgrade these sites to support high-speed charging. The company will also deploy new charging stations at additional high-traffic Circle K locations where infrastructure does not currently exist.

The project will deliver DC fast charging with speeds of up to 400 kW and support both NACS and CCS connectors. The sites will integrate charging with existing retail amenities, including food, beverages, and convenience services, to improve the overall user experience for drivers.

IONNA and Circle K plan to bring the first sites online by the end of 2026, with broader deployment scheduled through 2027. The rollout will support IONNA’s broader target of building 30,000 high-power charging bays across North America by 2030.
