Nevada officials marked the completion of the I-15/Tropicana Interchange Project near the Las Vegas Strip, concluding nearly three years of construction aimed at improving traffic flow and capacity in one of the state’s busiest corridors.

The $305 million project, launched in 2022, rebuilt bridges over Interstate 15, Frank Sinatra Drive, and Dean Martin Drive. It also introduced a diverging diamond interchange, expanded Tropicana Avenue to four lanes in each direction, and improved drainage and utility infrastructure. A new flyover to eastbound Tropicana Avenue and the creation of Joey Bishop Drive further enhanced connectivity.

The project is designed to support traffic volumes of 30,000 to 60,000 vehicles daily and provide at least 50 years of service life. It also supported an estimated 4,664 jobs during construction.
