The Wyoming Transportation Commission has awarded $18.5 million in contracts for 11 construction projects across the state.

The largest award went to Cheyenne-based Simon Contractors, which secured a $13.69 million contract for bridge replacement and associated work in Platte County. The project includes structure work, asphalt paving, aggregate surfacing, grading, and traffic control, with completion scheduled for November 30, 2027.

Reiman Corp., also based in Cheyenne, received a $1.48 million contract to replace a bridge on County Road 702 over Muddy Creek in Carbon County. Work includes structural improvements, grading, seeding, erosion control, and traffic control. Completion is expected by July 31, 2026.

Other contracts include:

  • Keyhole Technologies LLC (Casper) – $491,410 for sign replacement in Big Horn, Crook, Johnson, Sheridan, and Washakie Counties.
  • DeBernardi Construction Company Inc. (Rock Springs) – $587,900 for slab replacement and concrete paving in Lincoln and Sweetwater Counties.
  • Traffic Safety Services Inc. (Cheyenne) – $391,150 for pavement striping in Carbon and Laramie Counties.
  • Superior Sign & Supply LLC (Casper) – $323,441 for pavement markings in Converse, Goshen, Natrona, and Platte Counties.
  • S&L Industrial (Cowley) – Three contracts totaling $951,992 for pavement markings and a logo sign upgrade across multiple counties.
  • Streamline Markings Inc. (Montana) – $330,600 for pavement markings in Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, and Teton Counties.
  • Wescom Inc. (Gillette) – $258,579 for pedestrian crossing lighting on I-25 and I-80 in Cheyenne.

Most projects are primarily federally funded. The logo sign and pedestrian lighting upgrades, awarded to S&L Industrial and Wescom Inc., are primarily funded by state sources.
