Jordan Foster Construction has secured two Texas Department of Transportation contracts totaling $183.3 million for projects in Bexar and Bastrop counties.

The U.S. Highway 90 project in Bexar County will widen a 2.55-mile stretch between I-410 and Loop 1604 from four lanes to six, add a westbound flyover to northbound Loop 1604, expand frontage roads, build four new bridges, and upgrade drainage, lighting, and traffic signals. Work is expected to begin in late 2025 and finish in fall 2029, with at least two lanes open in each direction during most of construction.

In Bastrop County, the State Highway 71 project will replace the Tucker Hill Lane intersection with a grade-separated overpass, add one-way frontage roads, and improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities. Construction is scheduled to start later this year.
