Engineering services company Jacobs has secured a $137 million program management contract from the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority. This contract supports the Rebuild USVI initiative, which aims to restore essential infrastructure damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.

Over the next three years, Jacobs will collaborate with the U.S. Virgin Islands’ Super Project Management Office to oversee reconstruction efforts on St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John. The firm will manage projects involving hospitals, schools, roads, power systems, and water and wastewater utilities.

Jacobs will also deliver advisory and consulting services to address project planning, environmental compliance, logistics, supply chain, and workforce needs. This award strengthens Jacobs’ growing footprint in the infrastructure and water sectors.

The Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority’s Office of Disaster Recovery, which oversees $23 billion in federal recovery funds, selected Jacobs for its competitive pricing, technical capabilities, and strong strategic partnerships.
