Central Oregon & Pacific Railroad (CORP), a subsidiary of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., has opened a new bulk transload facility in Dillard, Oregon. The facility enables the transfer of bulk materials between trucks and railcars, allowing shippers without direct rail access to use rail transportation. CORP will serve the site five days a week.

The Dillard terminal can handle up to five railcars at one time and includes a 20-car storage track. The site also features a warehouse to support short-term storage and just-in-time deliveries. The facility primarily handles lumber shipments from center beam and boxcars. Operators can expand the site’s capabilities to accommodate additional bulk commodities based on demand.

CORP developed the facility as part of its G&W Choice Terminal network. The location near Interstate 5 and within proximity to coastal markets supports regional freight movement and logistics efficiency.
